Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept most credit & debit cards and paypal payments from the UK only.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.
Shipping And Handling All our products come gift wrapped and are delivered free of charge to anywhere within mainland UK.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you the same day if received before 4pm else it will be the following working day.
Tax Charges We are not a VAT registered company so no tax has been added to this product.

Returns Policy Hair-Accessories.co.uk maintains an 14 day returns policy. Should you decide that you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept the return of unwanted goods and will refund the full price (excluding postage charges) as long as they are returned to us within 14 days of delivery. Some items are tagged - Please do not remove the tag until you are sure you want to keep the goods. We are unable to accept the return of goods where the tag has been removed. You are responsible for returning any unwanted goods to us. The item/s must be returned in the condition in which they were received - unworn, unused and in their original packaging. We will not refund any goods that have been worn or arrive back to us in any other condition than in which they were received.
Please remember to include your name, address, telephone number and order number to ensure that your refund is dealt with as quickly as possible.
It is always in the customer's interest to retain proof of postage as they are responsible for the goods until they arrive at the Hair Accessories premises.

For hygienic reasons, we have a strict no returns policy on all pierced earrings including sets which include pierced earrings.

Faulty Goods

Our products are thoroughly checked by our manufacturer and by us to ensure customer satisfaction. In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty, you should contact us at services@hair-accessories.co.uk and return the faulty goods within 14 days of delivery. Please remember to include your name, address, telephone number, order number, a brief explanation of the fault and whether you require a replacement or refund. If a replacement is unavailable we will automatically issue a refund for the total costs of the goods including postage costs.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that your product has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at services@hair-accessories.co.uk and return the goods to us within 14 days of delivery. Please remember to include your name, address, telephone number and order number. We will replace any damaged goods free of charge.
